30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. You keep the PDF and all bonuses. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email alberto@thehiddenhire.com within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Subject line: Refund request — <your order ID>
  3. Include the email address you used at checkout

You do not need to explain why. We will not pressure you, follow up, or ask qualifying questions.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request. The refund is returned to the original payment method (the credit card or PIX account used at checkout). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. If you have a genuine issue (broken download link, file corruption, accidental duplicate purchase), email us regardless of the date and we will make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Almost every issue can be resolved faster by email than by chargeback. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay your refund and limits our ability to help.

Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of demonstrable fraud, abuse of the refund policy across multiple purchases, or violation of the Terms of Service.
