These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thehiddenhire.com ("Site") and the digital product titled "The AI Side Hustle Vault" ("Product"), sold by Alberto Souza, an independent digital product creator ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing the Product you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Product. By completing checkout, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Product

The Product is a digital download consisting of a primary PDF ("The Vault") containing engineered prompts for use with large language model tools, plus accompanying bonuses (PDF cheatsheets and an XLSX income tracker). The list of included files is described on the Site at the time of purchase.

The Product is delivered electronically as a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. License

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the Product for your personal or single-business commercial use. You may:

• Use the prompts and templates in your own work
• Modify the prompts to fit your specific projects
• Use outputs generated by following the Product in your own commercial work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product files
• Upload the Product to file-sharing platforms or torrent networks
• Use the Product to create a substantially similar competing product
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices

4. Pricing and payment

The price of the Product is displayed at checkout and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Mundpay), subject to their terms.

Taxes (if any) are calculated and disclosed at checkout based on your billing country.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing alberto@thehiddenhire.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You keep all downloaded files after a refund.

The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, about:

• Any specific income, revenue, business, or financial result you will achieve from using the Product
• The suitability of any prompt or template for your specific situation
• The accuracy or completeness of any third-party tool referenced in the Product (including ChatGPT)

Individual results vary based on skill, effort, market conditions, time invested, and many other factors outside our control. Nothing in the Product constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, investment, or career advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

7. Third-party tools

The Product is designed to be used with ChatGPT, an AI tool owned by OpenAI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's own terms of service.

8. Intellectual property

All content of the Product — including text, prompts, structure, formatting, illustrations, and the Site itself — is owned by Alberto Souza and protected by international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted in Section 3 are reserved.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive the source of any part of the Site or Product
• Use the Site or Product to violate any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or to any system associated with it
• Initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue

10. Disclaimers

The Site and the Product are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alberto Souza from any claim, demand, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Product.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The license granted in Section 3 survives termination, provided you continue to comply with these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with our support team at alberto@thehiddenhire.com. Where you have mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
