I didn't receive my download link
Check your spam folder for an email from alberto@thehiddenhire.com. If it's not there, email us with your order ID and we'll resend it manually.
How do I access the Vault after purchase?
The download link is sent to your email immediately after a successful payment. The link contains the main PDF and all bonus files.
The files won't open
The PDFs open with any free PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, browser). The XLSX file (Income Tracker) opens with Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
I want a refund
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us with your order ID and we'll process the refund within 5–7 business days. You keep the PDF and bonuses. No questions asked.
